Most underwear is designed from the front and forgotten at the back. The pad was designed carefully; the thing it sticks to usually wasn't.

hæld reads like held. That's the design brief.

What we made

NEO-FORM is everyday underwear built around three decisions most brands never make.

An engineered back panel. Concentric seams cross the back in a contoured pattern. It isn't decoration — the structure is the stitching. A close, steady hold across the lower back, with no compression hardware and no shapewear squeeze.

A panel system instead of a tube. Contoured side panels wrap the hip rather than cutting across it, with a shaped front and a wide, soft waistband that lies flat.

A defined pad zone. A smooth, purpose-made area in the gusset, so the adhesive on the pad you already use has a consistent surface to grip.

We're not a period brand, and we don't absorb anything. You keep the pad you trust. We rebuilt what goes underneath it.

How it's made

Designed in Lisbon. Cut and sewn in Portugal, from fabric sourced in India.

NEO-FORM is made to pre-order in a small first run. You're charged when you order — that's what reserves your size. The estimated dispatch window is shown on the product page and at checkout, and if it moves we'll email you before you have to ask.

Your first size exchange is free, worn or not. We pay the postage both ways.
