Underwear that holds you.

hæld reads like held — and that's the design brief. Engineered support across the back, a pattern mapped to the way your body actually curves, and a gusset that keeps your pad exactly where you put it.

What hæld is — and what it isn't.

This is a new category, so it's worth being precise. Being clear about the limits is how the rest of the claims stay trustworthy.

hæld is

  • Everyday reusable underwear
  • Designed to work with the pad you already use
  • Made to be worn on any day, not only period days
  • Structured — a steady hold, without shapewear compression

hæld is not

  • A menstrual pad
  • Absorbent period underwear
  • A medical device or a back-pain treatment
  • A guarantee against every possible leak

Support, stitched in.

Turn NEO-FORM around and you can read how it works: concentric seams cross the back panel in an engineered contour pattern. It isn't decoration. The structure is the stitching — a close, steady hold across the lower back, with no compression hardware and no shapewear squeeze.

Most underwear is designed from the front and forgotten at the back. Ours starts there. If a claim is real, you should be able to photograph it — here it is.

  • Engineered seam-and-knit back panel
  • Structured hold, zero compression squeeze
  • Support you can see in the stitching

Cut to the body, not the size chart.

Standard underwear is a tube with holes in it. NEO-FORM is a panel system: contoured side panels that wrap the hip instead of crossing it, a shaped front, and a wide, soft waistband that lies flat and stays.

The difference is the whole brand in one sensation — held, not squeezed. Nothing digs, nothing rolls, nothing to tug back into place at 2 p.m.

  • Contoured, wrap-cut side panels
  • Wide soft waistband — lies flat, stays put
  • Body-mapped pattern, not tube-cut

One pattern. Different bodies.

The same NEO-FORM set, photographed on three people in the same room, the same flat light, the same three angles. Rotate all three at once and watch where the waistband sits and how the side panels wrap.

Designed so your pad stays where you put it.

Anyone who wears pads knows the real problem was never the pad — it's the underwear underneath: slippery fabric, a narrow gusset, adhesive with nothing to grip.

So the NEO-FORM gusset has a clearly defined easy-pad area: a smooth, stay-put zone where a pad sticks securely and stays exactly where you placed it, hour after hour. It isn't a separate product or a special pair — it's your underwear, built to be useful on the days most underwear isn't.

  • Defined pad zone — position it once, get on with your day
  • Works with the pad you already use
  • Not period underwear — underwear that works during your period

"Utility, designed in. Not whispered about."

Before you order

Is hæld absorbent?
No. hæld does not absorb anything. It is everyday underwear designed so the pad you already use has a stable, defined place to sit. If you want absorbency, you want period underwear — that is a different product.
Do I still need a pad?
Yes. hæld is designed to be worn with your own pad, not to replace it.
Which pads work with it?
Winged and non-winged adhesive pads both work. The pad zone is a smooth, defined area so the adhesive has a consistent surface to grip.
Can I wear it when I'm not on my period?
Yes — that is the point. It is everyday underwear that also works on period days, not a product you keep in a drawer for one week a month.
Does it feel like shapewear?
No. It is structured, not compressive. The intent is a steady hold, not squeezing.
How do I choose my size?
Measure your waist at its narrowest and your hips at the fullest point, then match the size guide on the product page. Between sizes? Size down for a firmer hold, up for less pressure across the stomach.
What if I order the wrong size?
Your first size exchange is free — even if you have worn it — and we pay postage both ways. One per customer, within 30 days of delivery.
When will it ship?
The first run is made to pre-order and ships in 6–8 weeks. You are charged today to reserve your size, and you can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Still unsure? Ask before you buy — we would rather answer a question than have you order the wrong size.
