Position it lengthways on the smooth gusset, adhesive side down.

Fold the wings.
If your pad has wings, wrap them around the leg edges. The inner flaps cover the folded wings.
Follow your pad’s instructions for folding and securing its wings. This version has no inner wing-cover flaps.

Keep the centre open.
The flaps sit at the sides. Nothing covers the pad’s absorbing surface.

Wraps, doesn't cross
Contoured side panels follow the hip, with a wide waistband designed to lie flat.
One continuous support layer
Charcoal runs from the cups around the sides. Sage binding and a wide underband finish the edges.
Shape, defined by the seam
Curved cup seams give the front its domed shape, finished with tonal stitching.

Solid charcoal through the back, with a centre seam and sage binding around the armholes.
